TIL Pop-up emoji picker

A ✨ beautiful ✨ emoji picker is possible without too much trouble!

I found implementing PicMo's Plain JavaScript emoji picker to be quite a nice experience!

A demo is available here. The site I am implementing this in is still in alpha.
